Privacy Policy
Last Updated: 22nd July, 2026
1. Who this covers
This policy describes how Signet ("Signet," "we," "us") handles personal information in connection with the Signet platform and this website.
It covers two different relationships, and the difference matters:
- Your data. Information about you and your business, which you give us when you enquire, book a call, or become a customer. For this we are the controller: we decide what is collected and why.
- Your customers' data. Information about the people who visit your site, book your calls, and pay you, which arrives because you connected a source and instructed us to process it. For this you are the controller and we are the processor. We act on your instructions, and we do not decide what is collected or use it for our own purposes.
2. Your data, where we are the controller
We collect:
- What you tell us directly: name, email, phone, company, and what you told us about your business when you booked a call or signed up.
- Account and usage data: who is in your workspace, what they configured, and operational logs of what the platform did.
- Billing details, handled by our payment processor. We do not store card numbers.
- Standard website data when you visit this site: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, and referring URLs.
We use it to provide the platform, support you, bill you, keep the service secure, communicate with you about the product, and comply with our legal obligations. Where we send marketing email, you can unsubscribe from any of it.
3. Your customers' data, where we are the processor
When you connect a source, the platform ingests and stores the data that source carries. Depending on what you connect, that can include:
- First-party identity captured on your own site: page views, form submissions, and the identifiers your visitors provide, collected by a script you install on your domain.
- Booking and lead data from the scheduling and form tools you connect.
- Call recordings and transcripts from the recording sources you connect, together with the analysis our models produce from them.
- Payment and revenue records from your payment processor, used to determine which sales closed.
- Ad delivery data from the ad platforms you connect.
We process this to provide the platform to you: to tie ads to calls to closed revenue, to read calls against the criteria you author, and to show you the results. We do not sell it, we do not use it to build products for other customers, and we do not use it to train models.
3.1 Call recordings, and your responsibility
Recording and analyzing a call is regulated, and the rules differ by jurisdiction and by who is on the line. Obtaining the consent required to record your calls, and to have a third party process those recordings, is your responsibility as the controller. Signet provides the connection; it does not obtain consent on your behalf and cannot verify that you have it.
3.2 Model processing
Call transcripts and the data behind an answer are sent to our model provider to produce analysis and to answer questions you ask inside the product. That provider processes the content to return a result. It is not used to train models.
4. Subprocessors
We use these providers to run the platform:
- Vercel. Application hosting and delivery.
- Neon. Database hosting.
- Anthropic. The models that read call transcripts and answer questions.
- Stripe. Payment records ingested for revenue measurement.
- Meta. Ad delivery data, and conversion events sent on your instruction.
- Calendly, Typeform. Booking and form submissions where you connect them.
- Zoom, CallTools. Call recordings and transcripts where you connect them.
The list of providers a given workspace touches depends on which sources you connect. We will tell you before a new subprocessor begins processing customer data.
5. Sharing
We share personal information only:
- With the subprocessors above, to run the platform.
- Where you instruct us to send it. Conversion events sent to an ad platform are the main example: they go because you configured that destination, and they carry what that configuration specifies.
- Where required by law, subpoena, or legal process.
- To a successor if the business is merged, acquired, or sold, subject to this policy.
We do not sell personal information.
6. Retention
Account data is retained while you are a customer and for as long afterwards as we need it for legal, accounting, and dispute-resolution purposes.
Customer data is retained while your workspace holds it. You can delete it, and on termination we delete or return it on request. Backups age out on their own schedule.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information, to object to or restrict processing, and to complain to a data protection authority. Email getsupport@teloai.ai to exercise any of them.
If your request concerns data we process on a customer's behalf, we will refer you to that customer, because they are the controller and it is their decision to make. We will help them act on it.
8. International transfers
Signet is based in the United States and the platform is hosted there. If you use it from elsewhere, your information is transferred to and processed in the United States.
9. Security
We use access controls, encryption in transit, and tenant isolation designed so one workspace cannot read another's data. No security measure is perfect, and we do not claim certifications we have not completed. If we discover a breach affecting your data, we will tell you.
10. Children
The platform is a business tool and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.
11. Changes
We may update this policy. Material changes will be posted here with a new date, and we will tell customers directly before a change that affects how their customers' data is processed.
