Terms of Service

Last Updated: 22nd July, 2026

1. Agreement

These terms govern your use of the Signet platform and this website. By using either, you agree to them. If you are agreeing on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorized to bind it.

2. The service

Signet ingests data from the sources you connect, ties advertising to sales calls to closed revenue, analyzes recorded calls against criteria you author, and presents the results. What the platform can tell you depends on what you connect and on what those sources make available.

We may change, add, or remove features. We will not remove a capability you are relying on without telling you first.

3. Your account

You are responsible for your workspace: who you invite, what they can do, and the security of their credentials. Tell us promptly if you believe an account has been compromised.

4. Your data and your obligations

You keep ownership of everything you connect. You grant us the license needed to process it in order to provide the platform, and nothing wider.

You are responsible for having the legal right to send us the data you connect. In particular:

  • Call recordings. You are responsible for obtaining the consent required to record calls and to have them processed by a third party. This is the obligation customers most often overlook, and it is yours rather than ours.
  • Personal information. You are the controller of the data your customers generate. Our handling of it is described in the Privacy Policy.
  • Advertising destinations. Where you configure the platform to send conversion events to an ad platform, you are responsible for the lawfulness of that transfer and for complying with that platform's terms.

5. What the platform will not do

This is a term rather than a footnote, because it describes behavior you should expect.

The platform withholds figures it cannot support. Where the evidence behind a metric is below the sample floor, it shows the shortfall instead of the rate. Where the data required to answer a question does not exist, it says so instead of estimating. Empty cells and refusals of this kind are the service working as designed and are not defects.

6. What the numbers are, and are not

The platform's output is a measurement produced from the data you connect, using the methods published on this site. It is not a guarantee of accuracy, and it is not advice.

Attribution is inherently incomplete: some outcomes cannot be tied to a cause with the data any platform makes available, and the product is explicit about where that boundary falls. You are responsible for the business decisions you make using it. To the extent permitted by law, we do not accept liability for those decisions.

7. Fees

Plans are billed monthly or annually in advance, as selected. Analyzed calls beyond your plan's allowance are charged at $0.75 per analyzed call.

Overage does not bill silently. By default, analysis pauses at your allowance and asks you first. If you enable auto-recharge, overage continues at the stated rate under the election you made, up to any cap you set, and every increment is itemized.

Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change prices with notice; a founding-customer price, once granted, does not change for that customer.

8. Suspension and termination

You may cancel at any time, effective at the end of your paid period. We may suspend or terminate an account for non-payment, for unlawful use, or where continued operation would put other customers at risk. We will give notice where it is safe and lawful to do so.

On termination, you may export your data, and we will delete or return it on request as described in the Privacy Policy.

9. Availability

We aim to keep the platform available and will tell you about planned interruptions. Except where a written service-level commitment says otherwise, the platform is provided as is, and we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation.

10. Intellectual property

We own the platform, its software, and its design. You own your data and your content. Neither of us acquires the other's property by using this service.

11. Confidentiality

Each of us will protect the other's non-public information and use it only for this relationship.

12. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or revenue. Our total liability arising from the service is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Material changes take effect at your next renewal, and we will tell you before they do.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the state in which Signet is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
